Splasher Aquatics is the area’s fastest growing learn-to-swim program and pool management company, located in Winchester, VA, serving Winchester, Va, Martinsburg, Wv, and Hagerstown, Md and the surrounding areas. We are looking for qualified individuals who love working with children to fill the following part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions:
SWIM INSTRUCTORS
Must be energetic, enthusiastic and love working with children.
Must have strong customer service skills and can mult-task in a fast-paced environment.
Need to have basic knowledge of swimming. Experience in competitive swimming not necessary, but beneficial.
Super Splasher Aquatics Instructor Training will be required along with current First Aid and CPR certifications.
Various shifts available
Minimum of 16 years of age
LIFE GUARDS
Must be reliable and have strong leadership skills.
Must have strong customer service skills and can mult-task in a fast-paced environment.
Hold current lifeguarding certification or be enrolled in lifeguarding class.
Various shifts available
Certification not required to apply, but required for employment
Willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day
Minimum of 15 years of age
POOL MANAGERS
Must be reliable and have strong leadership skills.
Must have strong customer service skills and can mult-task in a fast-paced environment.
Hold current lifeguarding certification or be enrolled in lifeguarding class.
Various shifts available
Managers must have at least 3 years of lifeguard experience or comparable
All managers must hold current certification in the following when hired:
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training
Certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer or American Heart Health Care Provider
Certification in Standard First Aid
Certified Pool Operator/Aquatics Facility Operator
Must be willing to travel and work at any facility when needed
Willing to work ALL major holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day
Minimum of 17 years of age
